Tally-Based Audit Document Requirement List
Upload an EXPORTED REPORT only — never your raw Tally company data or login/Vault password. This tool reads a Trial Balance and/or Day Book Excel export from Tally (Gateway of Tally → the report → Alt+E → Export → Excel). It cannot open, and will never ask for, your raw Tally company data folder, your Tally login, or a Vault password — those never leave your computer, and there is no legitimate way for any web tool to read Vault-encrypted data without them. Nothing you upload here is sent to our server; parsing happens entirely in your browser.

Quick details before you begin

This tool is free to use. We just ask for a few contact details first, so our team can follow up if you'd like professional help with your audit. Your Trial Balance and Day Book data are never sent to us — they're read and matched entirely in your browser, exactly as described above. Only the contact details below leave your device, and only if you submit them.

We collect only the contact details above — never the ledgers or figures you use inside the tool.

Step 1 — Export From Tally

In Tally: open the company → Gateway of Tally → Display More Reports → Trial Balance (and separately, Day Book) → press Alt+E → Export → Format: Excel (Spreadsheet) → save the file.

The Day Book is optional but recommended — it lets the tool list your actual debtor/creditor/vendor names and flag large cash transactions, which the Trial Balance alone (just group totals) can't show.

Step 2 — Upload Your Export(s)
