What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

Our free tools and the billing software run inside your own browser. Figures, files and statements you enter or upload into a tool are not sent to us and are not stored on our servers.
Only what you choose to give us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number and message when you fill in the contact form or the short form shown before a tool opens or before the billing software is downloaded or used online. This reaches us by email through a form service so we can reply to you.
To reply to your query, to share information about the service you asked about, and to follow up if you asked for help. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with advertisers.
The site keeps a small note in your browser (local storage) so it does not ask for your details again. You can clear it any time from your browser settings. We do not use advertising trackers.
Aggarwal Books can, if you choose, save a backup copy of your books in your own Google Drive. When you press “Connect Google Drive”, Google asks for your permission. The app only gets access to the files and folder it creates itself (the “drive.file” permission); it cannot see the rest of your Drive. The backup goes directly from your browser to your Drive. It does not pass through, and is not stored on, any server of ours, and we cannot see it.
We use this access only to save and restore your own backup, we do not share it with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. Aggarwal Books’ use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can press “Disconnect” inside Aggarwal Books at any time, and you can also remove access from your Google Account under Security → Third-party access. Files already saved in your Drive stay there until you delete them.
Links to government portals, the Google reviews page and WhatsApp open on their own sites, which have their own policies.
